## Port Authority PGH Bus Tracker Reviews in United States

### ****- "Reliable"
Bus always arrives at the exact time shown on app.
-- Jammi Squeezins, 2022-06-27

### ***** "Review"
Fabulous!!! Thanks for making it possible!
-- shjonespgh, 2022-03-30

### ***** "J Lo Sike"
Excellent
-- j lo sike, 2022-02-21

### ***** "Helpful"
I rely on this app to get me to the stop on time but not too early. I use the favorites a lot.
-- Happy in Pittsburgh, 2022-02-08

### ***-- "P17"
Bus doesn’t always come or doesn’t do full route. Leaves people stranded. Can’t get to other stops.
-- StepNauti, 2022-01-24

### ***** "Very helpful app"
This was really helpful when I was trying to navigate my way around a new city in a different part of the world in a pandemic. I do hope the team enriches the app with a smoother UI and perhaps take references from apps like CityMapper. That refinement in the app will also make the Port Authority feel more connected with its passengers and trusted members of the society.

### ***-- "Bus service"
Port Authority of Allegheny County bus service is currently VERY scary. Passengers are now no longer required to wear a mask, and many do not. Neither do they honor social distancing guidelines. Although the drivers do wear masks, they don’t remind passengers about distancing, and the buses can get pretty crowded.
Another problem that has been happening is the buses being taken out of service. I am not sure if this means that buses are breaking down because there are fewer mechanics, or if drivers are calling off. You may say that it’s not a problem now because so many people are not working, but there are still appointments folks need to get to: doctor and hospital, tax, and job interviews. Honestly, I can even overlook problems with on-time scheduling if the bus shows up.
-- bilbomordor, 2020-06-30

### *---- "Buggy and not reliable"
Some lines/routes (like BLSH) have no option for inbound/outbound. I cannot use the app at all for these lines.
-- Laraz, 2020-06-11

### *---- "Not great"
Almost never accurate and is buggy.
-- Abplasnatch, 2020-02-11

### ***-- "Incredibley useful, but very annoying"
This app is incredibly useful and accurate, when it’s working. The constant ads are also annoying, but I understand the need for them.
