Also your expansion is gated behind the ability to recruit crew which is gated behind some kind of prestige mechanic that is poorly if at all explained. It’s not even greedy, just opaque. And that’s if you can get past the bugs and de-syncing. The Co-op town improvement is a great way for players to enjoy a game that doesn’t rely on just combat. I have already found a great group of players to enjoy the game with as the player base has been very helpful so far. Expect to play a few months in each instance, but they are designing carryover progression that will reward more long term players.
