We have flown with Porter 4 times now and every flight has been a wonderful experience which is saying a lot from me because I DO NOT like flying. I feel safe and comfortable on board and the service is always so friendly. As a plus the offered free beer and wine really make for a relaxing flight. We will be using Porter from now on!!!!

I’m disappointed to see that I had to accept seats at the back of the plane 30AB arbitrarily at the 24 hour before check-in mark. This was clearly a two dozen or more seats available in front of me It would’ve been nice to be able to grab seats closer to the front myself rather than having to get a Porter reservation agent involved.

Easy and to navigate. Well integrated with relevant information.

As always Porter is dynamic and customer focused!! Thanks Porter for making it so convenient and cost effective Porter is the way!!

This airline has delays very often and doesn’t notify you until minutes before the flight. They also have very bad compensation policies and customer service. I would highly advise you to save your money and book with air Canada’s app instead even if it costs a bit more!
