## Porter Reviews in India

### ***** "On time delivery"
Wonderful app
-- ashokjack, 2025-02-13

### *---- "Not safe"
Porter is not safe yesterday my parcel was stolen by delivery boy nd still porter didn’t take any action plz dont use Porter I’ll file police complaint also
-- Sachdevhardik, 2025-02-13

### *---- "Third class management"
Do not trust this app, their riders are greedy and management cannot help. They pick multiple parcel in single trip and keep on delaying your order while delivering other orders. They are too costly in prices. Imagine they took 3 hours to deliver small pacakge which was 14 kms away. Do not trust them rather go with local auto delivery.
-- Mobil7037, 2025-02-13

### *---- "Don’t use waste of time"
Poor service
-- Ujjwal batta, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Worst service/experience , total scam going out there /
Disappointing Experience with Porter"
I'm extremely frustrated to share that Porter Company has lost my courier package for the SECOND TIME IN A ROW!

I have all proofs and screenshots for same , soon i will file a complaint.

As a consumer of their service, I expect a certain level of reliability and accountability. Unfortunately, Porter Company has failed to meet these expectations.

Not only did they lose my package, but their customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. It's unacceptable that a company of their size and reputation can't seem to get the basics right.

I urge others to be cautious when using Porter Company's services. Have any of you had similar experiences with them?

Let's hold companies accountable for their actions and demand better service!

### *---- "One of the worst apps I ever used"
I would give this app 0/5 star.. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I booked a consignment which was prepaid. Initially it took more than the expected delivery time and the delivery guy didn’t even try to deliver the parcel. And when I contacted customer care, either they gave the excuse that delivery pincode is wrong or your booking is not showing in our system. Atleast you guys can refund my amount whatever I paid.

### *---- "In bengaluru no attachment, New vehicles"
Worst app in banglaluru no attachment vehicle, if you trust Porter and buy a vehicle, you will loss
-- Tanseer pin, 2025-02-11

### ***** "Porter delivery staff"
Amazing polite guy who was very good
-- syed_zoon, 2025-02-10

### *---- "Delayed by 2.5 hours"
So ended up cancelling
-- Gautham Ballal, 2025-02-10

### *---- "Parcel went missing"
Do not trust this app!!! I booked a parcel from Delhi which I did not receive in Gurgaon, the delivery boy picked it up and went absconding with the material. It has been more than 48 hours since we escalated the issue. The delivery boy is not answering any calls and Porter is not taking any responsibility. It was material worth 10k.
