Do not trust this app, their riders are greedy and management cannot help. They pick multiple parcel in single trip and keep on delaying your order while delivering other orders. They are too costly in prices. Imagine they took 3 hours to deliver small pacakge which was 14 kms away. Do not trust them rather go with local auto delivery.

Disappointing Experience with Porter"
I'm extremely frustrated to share that Porter Company has lost my courier package for the SECOND TIME IN A ROW!

I have all proofs and screenshots for same , soon i will file a complaint.

As a consumer of their service, I expect a certain level of reliability and accountability. Unfortunately, Porter Company has failed to meet these expectations.

Not only did they lose my package, but their customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. It's unacceptable that a company of their size and reputation can't seem to get the basics right.

I urge others to be cautious when using Porter Company's services. Have any of you had similar experiences with them?

Let's hold companies accountable for their actions and demand better service!

I would give this app 0/5 star.. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I booked a consignment which was prepaid. Initially it took more than the expected delivery time and the delivery guy didn’t even try to deliver the parcel. And when I contacted customer care, either they gave the excuse that delivery pincode is wrong or your booking is not showing in our system. Atleast you guys can refund my amount whatever I paid.

Do not trust this app!!! I booked a parcel from Delhi which I did not receive in Gurgaon, the delivery boy picked it up and went absconding with the material. It has been more than 48 hours since we escalated the issue. The delivery boy is not answering any calls and Porter is not taking any responsibility. It was material worth 10k.

Utility is excellent, but app interface needs a lot of improvement. The UI is pretty weak and it doesn’t support live activities. It should be able to use dynamic island. Just improve the interface, rest is fantastic

Selected single trip delivery for shifting with in 5 kms. Now around 8pm the previous day, the shifting company calls me to inform that they will use small vehicle and shift multiple times. When asked, they asked me to talk to customer service.  Now the customer service guy is claiming that the price quoted is for multiple shift. 

The service representative had the audacity to ask me to cancel the shifting 10 hours before the shifting. Money is secondary but the peace of mind is not there. Porter is just another brokering company that will show poker face when things fail. Useless

Pathetic customer support agents don’t know how to behave with the customer even agents just disconnect the call and irate the customer useless support. Just change your service the agent name Aditya he is worst even if your calling they cannot transfer the call to the escalation team and will let you know ow to wait 24-48 hours and it’s going on for 15 days worst   service

A porter delivery person reached the location then forced my husband to cancel his pick up claiming he cannot wait for 10 min despite 25min allowed. Then as we canceled he picked the order and ran away and blocked us. After that when we contacted customer care, they said it’s “our mistake “ since we canceled the order and hence them and their delivery partner is innocent. That thief didn’t pick our or even porter customer support call still the executive was trying to prove us liar saying the delivery partner didn’t reach the pickup location and claiming that we were lying. We used to use porter atleast 10 times a month due to nature of our work, but now it’s time to let them know the strength of a customer.
