App doesn’t even work anymore. Just says Usage of this app is restricted to North America.

Love Portillo’s when the employees care about following procedure. I don’t have a photo but will from now on. There was SO much mustard on my burger that I was glad to have been given a stack of napkins. I guess they wanted me to clean it all up. I asked for a single burger with only ketchup mustard pickles and extra tomato. The mustard was even on the top side of the bun. I’m glad I wasn’t wearing white!! Please District manager pay attention to this location!!! On another occasion I’ve had difficulty with the store manager who speaks like an immature macho man and had made an absurd comment to me that I needed to ask for a manager to take my order when I come because his employees can’t be trusted to put in a request for a a different bun. I told him that was silly and I would not be doing that. As if!! “Oh manager man could you please take my order manager man.” Pa-lease!! Thank you for taking the time to read this 🙂

Can not believe I paid over $8 for the smallest Caesar salad, definitely not worth it. Lesson learned will not order a salad from Portillo’s again. Just wanted to warn others.

Try again going there first place and online order you have to get out of the car to get it. What’s the purpose of having online? If you have to still go inside how stupid can the store be? That’s why they have such a long drive up line. This place has so many issues it’s not even worth reviewing deleting the app again.

Need to allow me to submit my order for drive thru pickup then state my name at the drive thru.

They have the absolute worst service! The line wasn’t long like normal, yet they managed to screw up my order which was a hot dog. Took 20 minutes to get a flipping hot dog and instead of the hot dog, I got a fake hot dog. They even shoved cake in the bag sideways so the icing is no longer on the pastry. I will never go here again.

Ordered for 11:30 came at 11:30 and food was cold and soggy. Terrible customer service as well.

The ability to use ApplePay increases the frequency that I visit at restaurant. I guess I won’t be frequenting Portillo’s.
