## Portions Meal Planner Description
Meal planning that flexes with how you actually cook. Plan the week the way you want to eat it, change anything along the way, and let Portions keep the nutrition and the grocery list honest.

Change the plan, keep the nutrition accurate.
Customize a recipe, swap an ingredient for one meal, resize a portion, move a day around. Your macros recalculate against the plan in front of you, and custom recipes you build from scratch compute as cleanly as anything in the Public Recipe Library. The numbers stay honest about where you actually sit.

Your grocery list keeps up automatically.
The Real-Time Grocery List updates the second the plan changes. Add a meal or swap a portion and the list rewrites itself. Track what you already have at home in your Kitchen Inventory and the list subtracts it from what the plan needs, so you only buy the difference. When you're ready, send the list to Instacart and order it.

One plan, one grocery list, for the whole household.
Set up a Profile for each person who eats from the plan, with their own macros and calorie targets. Cook one meal for everyone or different meals for different Profiles. Portions still gives you a single coherent week and a single shopping trip, with nutrition that stays accurate per Profile, all the way down to the last swap.

• Premium — $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Up to 9 Profiles. Unlimited AI recipe generations.

Both plans include all planning surfaces, the Real-Time Grocery List, Kitchen Inventory, Custom Recipes, One-Time Substitutions, Recipe Import, Saved Meal Plans, Instacart Export, and the full Public Recipe Library.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your App Store account.
