## Posh Virtual Receptionists Description
OVERVIEW
We answer your calls, so you can answer what calls you.
Focus on the most important aspects of your business while your dedicated Posh Live Virtual Receptionist professionally answers your incoming phone calls, transfers callers you want to speak with, takes messages, schedules appointments, and more. It’s all controlled by you with the Posh app! Have us step in as much or as little as you like – we’re always waiting on the sidelines, at the ready 24/7/365.

HOW IT WORKS
Here is how Posh can handle your incoming phone calls:
1. We professionally answer the call.
“Thanks for calling XYZ Company. How can I help you?”
2. We dial your phone.
“Yes, we can help you with that. I’m happy to try to connect you with Mr. Smith. Can you please hold for a moment?”
3. If you want to take the call, we connect you and the caller.
“Hi, Mr. Smith! A potential new client is calling. Her name is Lisa. Would you like to speak with her?”
4. If you’re not available, we can take a message or direct the caller to your voicemail.
“Thanks for holding, Lisa. Mr. Smith is currently in a meeting. May I get your number so he can return your call?”
5. We send you a message with the caller’s info.
“Lisa Robinson is interested in your service. Her number is…”

## Posh Virtual Receptionists Reviews in United States

### ***** "Small business owners dream"
Posh is perfect for a small business- I have a cleaning company and I never want to miss a call- Posh is detailed!
-- Mocha Maids, 2022-03-27

### ***** "Office on the Go"
I can leave the office for meetings, a quick bite to eat and know my calls are being answered. But the cherry on top is how I was able to register my business phone with the app to place calls as if I’m on my office. I can text, call and even click an email in my messages amd jump to my mailbox to communicate with my clients. It is is a one stop shop.
-- KW7891, 2020-12-15

### ***** "Thumbs up"
Excellent new app! Just like having a receptionist in your pocket
-- archibaldesq, 2020-12-04

### ***** "Perfect for my business"
The Posh app is super easy to use. So far it has been great for managing my receptionist service.
