I found this app and the program helpful, however i went months without using the app and when I went to open it all it did was spin. I kept trying and thought something might have happened. I left a review after trying to get tech support in hopes they might see it and reach out. I also reached out on their website for help. To my shock I got a response almost immediately in my email. It turns out it was a simple error in the code and they were able to fix it, but what was so amazing was the customer service. I received several emails from their app tech to the owner. I felt like they actually cared. I admit I should have been patience, but I’m a mom who was worried about her kid, I finally found time to look for help and I’ve been scammed before.
