I listened to this to help me fall asleep through all of the discomfort of pregnancy. It became such an amazing relaxation trigger. I even used it to help me relax while I was in labor (after the epidural of course) and it worked like a charm. I recommend it to all of my preggo friends.

I wasn't expecting much. I am a very anxious person and was feeling desperate. This app is actually kind of amazing, how it really made me relax and able to sleep. And I have tried other brand mediation apps before. Will be investing in a few more by Andrew Johnson, for sure.

I love this app I've had insomnia for years and pregnancy has only made it worse but I fall asleep every time I listen to this and I wake up feeling great. I've literally never heard the last 15 min of it lol.

Not only did this app make me feel wonderful, relaxed and refreshed but more connected to my baby:) its a beautiful way to fall asleep also if that's the option you choose. I have several of these apps and love them although I do hope they update with more options or maybe another meditation in each app since it isnt free. But nonetheless I adore Andrew Johnson. Thanks again. Look forward to more apps and updates on the ones I supported;)

Okay, not great

To start, I love Andrew Johnson's Apps. I have most of them. That said this one didn't do much for me during my pregnancy. Maybe it was the fact that from the moment I found out I was expecting, I knew I would have a repeat c-section due to other medical conditions. This app focused entirely on vaginal birth. Great for many/most, meh for the rest of us. I will say that Pain free is a fantastic app for sciatica and SPD sufferers (well, that and a good chiropractor, LOL!) It also helped massively with the tension headaches that I couldn't treat with meds during pregnancy.
