This app has transformed my health by giving me back control over my sleep patterns since completing cancer treatment. All is well, but as many know there are major lifestyle changes, and disturbed sleep was one of them. 

Especially the classic 3 AM to 6 AM time when the brain is naturally in a lighter sleep, I find myself rising, and instead of even letting myself fully awake I just put the headphones on and let Mr. Johnson invite me back into sleep. 

I attribute his soothing voice and clever technique to helping me turn a corner in my survivorship. I’ve turned countless naysayers into converts and am grateful for his work.

I love this.  It’s uniquely helpful for so many things.  Aj has a gift for the world and the app is beautifully design. Unfortunately and the reason for my 3 stars ( it gets a 5 for content but 1 because for technical reasons I can’t listen.  Average that it gets 3 stars). After more and more material has been added I find I cannot listen without it crashing.  Have tried listening in many different locations so I think their servers can’t handle the load.  I sent an email about the issue.  Twice. Doesn’t seem to be getting any better and it’s been some months.    If it was possible to download it might help.  Many thanks.

I love it and I’ve been using it for years. But I don’t get why in this last update there was suddenly this sound chunk added about squeezing your fingers together? It kind of stressed me out because I had been so used to and familiar with the regular flow of it. Also it interrupts the music. At one point there’s also repetitive instructions (always have been there) which I’m not sure if are intentional but have always been annoying.

I wish I never had allowed the app to update to the new look. It is terribly bright with no night time shift and has gone completely backwards in terms of look and functionality. Playback preferences are buried, no more calming visuals (just a blinding white screen) and unsophisticated graphics. With so many visually appealing & calming apps out there to compete with, it’s hard to see why these changes were made. Otherwise Andrew makes quality recordings.
