I had Face ID with it but now it says there is an internet connection problem!!?? -- Pjk99, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Not a positive experience" Unable to top card up whilst away. Pop up on app said the issue was at their end. Sought help via the app- none available. Had to raise a complaint which can take up to 2 weeks for a reply. Not much use considering we’ve been home now for a while and still no reply. I’ve incurred charges with my bank because of spending with my debit card. This is exactly what I was avoiding. Wouldn’t recommend this card to anyone. -- Worlds Pearl, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Wasting my timeThis app is not allowing me to top up" Hopeless. I have trekked 3 times -- The Old Dairy, 2024-12-29 ### ***** "Peace of mind" Using the PO card is easy and safe abroad , you don't feel as anxious when using other cards ie D/Cr cards 👍 -- BMH2024, 2024-12-26 ### ***-- "Top up for travel" Doesn’t allow certain currencies, went to Iceland and had to do paper currency instead of using this card -- #Nelly01, 2024-12-25 ### ***-- "Disappointed about the new stealth charges" Didn’t know about the stealth 1.5% charges until we arrived. Very poor business. -- robhlm, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "can’t use it on wifi." that’s ridiculous. -- Dibs98asdfghjkl, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "Can’t log in" Used the app for a while but on holiday and app just says check connection. Deleted app and reinstalled but still no way to get in. -- Joe191991£, 2024-12-16 ### ***** "Spain.."
