Hoffentlich folgen dann viele Kunden meinem Beispiel. Seit Übernahme ist die App jetzt nur noch totaler Schrott. Nun: Tagelang „Sie haben keine Onlineverbindung …“ obwohl ich online bin!? Whaaaaat? Die Dienstleistungen der Postbank werden immer schlechter, siehe alleine die Steigerung der Beschwerden bei der BaFin. Dann der Zwang vom Bargeld nur noch zum Geldautomaten, zur Karte oder zum „sehr schlecht“ funktionierenden Onlinebanking. Auch hier, auf die vielen negativen Rezensionen wird monatelang überhaupt nicht reagiert. Hier zeigt sich ganz klar die mangelnde Bereitschaft des (Kapital)Unternehmens auf die Kundenwünsche einzugehen. Es werden nur noch höhere Renditen und Vorstandsgehälter mit immer schlechterem Kundenservice erwirtschaftet. Was ist in diesem Staat nur los!? Ehemalige funktionierende staatliche Unternehmen, egal wie gut oder schlecht, wurden und werden zerlegt. Eine staatliche Mindestversorgung, egal in welchem Bereich, für die Einwohner dieses Landes wird von dieser Politik nicht mehr gewünscht. Ich habe das Gefühl hier werden nur noch Monopole, im Zusammenhang mit staatlicher Korruption, gefördert. Mein Fazit: Ich kann nun diesen Zahlungsdienstleister, nach 47 Jahren, nicht mehr empfehlen. 6, setzten! Außerdem ist es völlig unverständlich, warum es immernoch nicht möglich ist, Kontostände monatlich, zu einem wählbaren Datum, zu vergleichen. Das Grundproblem bleibt. Registrieren eines neuen Geräts klappt nur per Post. Es ist nicht möglich per Code auf dem alten Gerät (wird nicht erkannt) oder sonst irgendwie das Gerät freizuschalten. Bei jeder anderen Banking App funktioniert das ohne Probleme.
