## Postcard App by SnapShot Reviews in United States

### **--- "Can’t be trusted to deliver"
I have had two subscriptions with this company. The first set of credits I purchased they did well. Except one time someone didn’t receive the postcard I made. I contacted the company and they sent it out. The second subscription I purchased, the first postcard I made was never received. I contacted the company and they couldn’t find my account that I had had for years. I asked for a full refund and received it. I also gave them the chance to keep me by giving me credits for double my subscription, but I guess they chose the other choice and let me go. My only advice is to check with your recipient that they receive their postcard.

### ***** "Convenience"
This app has made it so easy to send postcards as reminders to parents, thank you’s to volunteers and custom thank yous.

In an age where few pictures get printed, I find friends enjoy a copy of our group picture from travel, supper club or sporting events. Definitely worth the price.
-- sudo139, 2024-11-08

### ***** "Fun postcards, works great!"
Really enjoy using my photos as postcards. Works great, used it for years. Delivers the goods with good quality. (Outdoor or brighter color photos work best.) Like the company a lot. Only issue is I forget to send them!
-- eclectic-electric, 2024-11-04

### ***** "Happy Grandma"
I receive picture postcards from children and grandchildren and it’s wonderful!
-- Snappy sender, 2024-09-24

### ***** "Go-to app for sending travel photos!"
Love this app! Super easy to send travel pics as postcards to my family. Just a few taps to choose a photo, type a quick message, and it's off. Plus, it remembers your info for next time. A cool, hassle-free way to share the travel love. Definitely recommend!
-- ggarnold, 2024-04-25

### ***** "So easy to use!"
In an age where digital communication reigns supreme, there's something undeniably special about receiving a physical postcard in the mail.
-- Basha08, 2024-04-25

### *---- "Postcards not delivered"
I uploaded mailings for 40 postcards in mid-August. Many people never received the postcards.
-- space-dawg, 2023-09-18

### ****- "Great for travelers"
We live on a sailboat in the Med. Over the last several years I’ve sent over 1000 post cards through this app (about 4 every single week to non-Facebook friends/family plus birthdays & other special days). The printed cards are of nice quality, and I think all have made it to their destinations both in and out of the US (shipped from the US). It typically takes a week or more for folks to receive these cards.

The one thing that would make this a 5-star app for me is the ability to queue more than one card at a time. PLEASE figure out a way to incorporate this in an update. PLEASE & thank you.
-- Karen BeTheChange, 2023-03-07

### *---- "Blurry"
I have used another app for a while but had a promo for this one. I sent two different free cards and both were so blurry. The photos were both clear …TouchNote is much better
-- mugle, 2022-06-23

### ***** "Love"
Great quality post cards I love them!!
