I sent two postcards to two recipients living in different states. Neither one received them. I reached out to customer service and got no response. Will be deleting this app and finding a different postcard service to use.

I sent two post cards. Estimated delivery date was Jul 12-19. One recipient didn’t receive until Jul 23. The other still hasn’t received their post card. Emails to support were sent 5 days ago with order ID and support never responded. I won’t be using this company again.

I selected this app for the good delivery time, but it’s been a month now and none of the people I sent cards to have received them. I have been unable to have any response from the emails that I’ve sent to the customer support number. So at this point, I would say don’t waste your money on doing a postcard with this company.

The character count on the message portion of the postcard is so minimal I only got one sentence in and couldn’t even “sign” my name. Haven’t they heard of size 10 font? Wont use again for this reason, despite decent print quality and timely delivery.

I just wish that there were some way to confirm that the postcard was, in fact, delivered. It’s addressed to our grandchildren, c/o their other grandfather. Their mother, my son’s widow, has seen fit not to let my wife and me have /any/ communication with those grandchildren since 2018, when our son died. ☹️

The joy is in the giving, though.

I downloaded a bunch of apps. This was by far the best. Super easy to use. It can also pull your addresses from your contact list. Great quality of prints and it’s the same price to send all over the world FIVE STARS
