Мошенники! Верните деньги!! По ошибке оформила подписку, сняли деньги и сразу же после этого я создала запрос о возврате средств! Приложением не пользовалась!!!! Деньги не возвращают !Будьте осторожны и ни на какую пробную подписку не соглашайтесь

Хотела оформить подписку и благо, что не сделала это, приложение начало вылетать, иногда совсем не заходит - сразу вылетает. Сейчас читаю отзывы и вижу, что вылетает и у тех, кто подписался.. Исправляйте, иначе дела не будет

Тестовые три дня все было супер. Но как только было снято со счета 28$ приложение начало плохо работать. При сохранении шаблона просто выбрасывает из приложения. Пыталась неоднократно повторить попытки, но все равно не работает! Верните деньги!!!!!Я не рекомендую покупать это приложение! Как сделать рефанд?

Hey there, the thing is that about a week ago I uploaded this app to try how its works. When I found in on the AppStore, there was no indicators that its NOT FREE, its looked like regular app, I uploaded it, and tried to use few times ,I made two - three simple pics , nothing special. Yesterday afternoon 8/07/2019 I put money on my debit card which is actually attached to my iTunes, and immediately I was charged by unit program 28.99 USD! I was quite confused like you know wait a minute! I didn't order anything, I didn't even get any notification with information about month or year plans on the screen. I m still a bit confused with this situation and looking forward for your feedback. Hopefully you will investigate this situation and will help me to make refound! I contacted AppStore, but they said they can not process my redound request on your app Looking forward for your respond!

I bought this app for SMM and I didn’t know that it doesn’t work with another languages. I needed writing on Ukrainian or Russian and app doesn’t support this languages!!!!

Здравствуйте! У меня списали средства со счета. Я попробовала бесплатную версию и до истечения ее срока, отменила подписку. Но сняли со счета у меня 17.06 3,99$ и сегодня(19.06) хотели списать еще 28,99$, но у меня небыло достаточно средств на счету. Еще раз повторюсь, подписка отменена до срока окончания бесплатной версии! Прошу связаться со мной и вернуть средства!!!

Hello! Money was withdrawn from my card!! I don’t understand why??!

It never save to my phone they way it look on the app. I pay for this app and I can't even get what I've worked hours onto my phone the same way it was made on the app. Very frustrating, fix it please

Downloaded to try it and I couldn’t get it to work on my iPad. So since I only did the free trial I went ahead and un-downloaded the app and unsubscribed but my account was randomly charged 15.99 still but it was only suppose to even be not even a dollar a month. If I would have know I would be penalized for trying I wouldn’t of downloaded the app in the first place.
