## POSTIDENT Description
Mit der POSTIDENT App können Sie sich bequem und einfach über Ihr Smartphone identifizieren.

Je nachdem, für welches unserer Partnerunternehmen Sie die Identifizierung durchführen, können Sie sich entweder per Videochat, mit der Online-Ausweisfunktion des Personalausweises und des elektronischen Aufenthaltstitels oder vollautomatisch über die Erstellung von Aufnahmen Ihres Ausweisdokuments und Ihres Profils identifizieren. Mit Ihrer Online-Ausweisfunktion oder der automatisierten Prüfung Ihres Ausweisdokuments können Sie sich jederzeit schnell und sicher identifizieren. Bei allen weiteren Identifizierungsverfahren erfolgt die Prüfung Ihrer Daten durch Call-Center-Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Post AG. Diese stehen Ihnen montags bis sonntags in der Zeit von 8 bis 22 Uhr zur Verfügung. Außerdem können Sie den POSTIDENT Coupon zur Identifizierung in Ihrer Filiale direkt über die POSTIDENT App abrufen und müssen diesen damit nicht mehr ausdrucken.

Die Identifizierungsverfahren sind rechtskonform, sicher und funktionieren in nur wenigen Schritten. Geben Sie einfach die Vorgangsnummer ein, die Sie entweder von unserem Partnerunternehmen oder von uns erhalten haben. Die App führt Sie anschließend durch den Vorgang. Bei POSTIDENT durch Videochat erklärt Ihnen zudem ein Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Post, wie das Verfahren im Detail funktioniert.

Die POSTIDENT App ist optimiert für iPads und iPhones mit iOS 17 oder höher.

Die Identifikation wurde zwar durchgeführt, aber nie an den Anbieter, für den es benötigt wurde weitergeleitet. Und das obwohl das Gespräch mit den Worten “wir werden Ihre Identifizierung an den Partner weiterleiten” beendet wurde.

Ich sehen nur „Sie erreichen uns außerhalb der Servicezeiten…“ allerdings ist es 9:40 und ich versuche es seit eineinhalb Stunden. Keine Ahnung welche Zeit bei euch gerade ist, aber offenbar nicht zwischen 8:00 und 22:00 Uhr 🤷‍♀️😳

Einfacher gehts nicht. In der freien Wirtschaft bist weg vom Fenster, bei der Post … es tut uns leid. 3 Pakete von Wien in die Steiermark. Erstes Paket kommt nach einer Woche an und die beiden anderen liegen seit einer Woche im Verteilerzentrum 2005.

Nicht einmal 1 Stern, man muss jedoch zu mindest eines anklicken. Sonst geht die Rezesion nicht durch.

Ich habe mit die VIMPAY App hinuntergeladen damit ich eine Uhr mit Bezahlfunktion nitzen kann. Alles ausgefüllt. Verlangt die VIMPAY App das man sich via PostIdent Identfiziert. 3 Optionen gibt es - Ich habe die Möglichkeit gewählt wo man mit einem Mitarbeiter via Videocall das Identifiezieren durchführen kann. Als der Mann die VidCall Session beginnt steht oben als Name Ralf Schober jedoch hörte sich dieser man Osteuropäisch an. Nach Datenabgleich und abfotografieren meines Ö-Reisepasses meinte der Mann das er die Hologramme kontrollieren müssen und bat mich zum Fenster zu gehen damit ich den Pass mehrmals kippe. Er sagte mehr mals das ich es wiederholen soll und murmelte etwas von "Das ist problematisch." Letztendlich meine er das ist Problematisch und ich soll die Postident App hinunter laden. Welche jedoch bereits oben war auf meinem Gerät. Ich wollte noch fragen was problematisch ist und was ich mit der Postident App machen soll. Der Mann beendete die VidCall Session.  Das ärgerte mich und ich versuchte es erneut jedoch mit den gedanken einen Supervisor sprechen zu wollen. Eine Frau names Mia Zweiwang nahm den VidCall an. Ich erklärte ihr was mir zuvor im Gespräch mit dem Kollegen passiert ist und verlangte einen SV. Jedoch ging die Dame nicht darauf ein drücke vermutlich einen Knopf damit die Verbindung kurz gestört war und meinte das meine WLan Verbindung nicht stabil ist und ich möge meine Datenvolumen nützen. Obwohl ich vor dem Router saß und den vollen WLan Empfang hatte. Wurde erneut stutzig und dachte das sie jetzt auch vermutlich etwas mit meine Datenvolumen machen wollen. Das war mir suspekt und somit habe ich Frau Zweiwang gesagt das ist mir zu unsicher lassen wir das. Als seriöse Call Center Agent hätte sie ihren SV herholen müssen und mich trotzdem zurück steuern wollen das ich diese Prozedur fertigstelle. Jedoch brach sie das VidCall apprubt ab.
Kann ja sein das Mia einen Zweiwang geheiratet hat aber Ralf Schober mit Osteuropäischen Akzent.
Habe bei der Polizei sicherheithalber eine Anzeige gemacht.

Wenngleich eine gewisse Wartezeit in Kauf genommen werden muss, ist das Service ok. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter war sehr nett, freundlich und gab sehr gut verständliche Anweisungen zur korrekten Identifikation. Die App ist sehr gut gemacht, und die einzelnen Schritte gut zu begreifen. Auch bei der Durchführung mittels Videochat passte alles! Danke an die Deutsche Post.

Ich möchte den Namen des wirklich unfreundlichen Mitarbeiters hier nicht publizieren. Wenn er zu frustriert für den Beruf ist, sollte er den Job wechseln.
Ich glaube nicht, dass der Vertragspartner „Flatex“ da sehr glücklich über so ein Service ist. Meine Freundin, die nebenher zugehört hat, war selbst über den Kollegen schockiert.
