## POSTIDENT Description
L'application POSTIDENT vous permet de vous identifier confortablement et facilement via votre smartphone.

En fonction de l'entreprise partenaire pour laquelle vous effectuez l'identification, vous pouvez vous identifier soit par chat vidéo, soit avec la fonction d'identification en ligne de votre carte d'identité et de votre titre de séjour électronique, soit de manière entièrement automatisée en prenant des photos de votre document d'identité et de votre profil. Grâce à votre fonction d'identification en ligne ou à la vérification automatisée de votre document d'identité, vous pouvez vous identifier rapidement et en toute sécurité à tout moment. Pour toutes les autres procédures d'identification, la vérification de vos données est effectuée par des collaborateurs du centre d'appel de la Deutsche Post AG. Ceux-ci sont à votre disposition du lundi au dimanche, de 8h à 22h. En outre, vous pouvez obtenir le coupon POSTIDENT pour l'identification dans votre bureau de poste directement via l'application POSTIDENT, ce qui vous évite de l'imprimer.

Les procédures d'identification sont conformes à la loi, sûres et fonctionnent en quelques étapes seulement. Il vous suffit de saisir le numéro d'opération que vous avez reçu soit de notre entreprise partenaire, soit de nous-mêmes. L'application vous guide ensuite tout au long de la procédure. Avec POSTIDENT par chat vidéo, un collaborateur de la Deutsche Post vous explique en outre le fonctionnement détaillé de la procédure.

L'application POSTIDENT est optimisée pour les iPads et les iPhones avec iOS 17 ou supérieur.
