alles ging schnell und unkompliziert
CAN Nummer?
Ich werde aufgefordert die 6-stellige CAN einzutragen, allerdings kann ich nicht mehr als 5 Ziffern in das vorgesehene Feld eintragen (?!). Post Ident daher leider nicht möglich. Finde leider auch keinen anderen Kontakt, deswegen jetzt die Rezension.
Alles bestens
Ich bin mit der App und der Identifikation durch die Post-Mitarbeiter sehr zufrieden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Kein videoverfahren
Bis zum Video verfahren nicht einmal gekommen. Nach absenden des ausländischen Personalausweis kam die Meldung „leider abgelaufen“!! Auf dem Ausweis steht sogar auf Englisch „Date of expire“!! Ganz neuer Ausweis!! und jetzt!? .. sehr schlecht über POSTIDNT sich zu identifizieren
Nicht kompatibel mit iPhone Pro
App wurde augenscheinlich immer noch nicht an die geänderten Brennweiten von iPhone 14 Pro / 15 Pro / 16 Pro angepasst. Verfahren scheitert, weil eine scharfe Aufnahme des Ausweises nicht gelingt…
Legitimation mit Perso
Hat erst beim 10. Mal funktioniert
Praktisch ohne Funktion
Nach unzähligen Versuchen bei denen angeblich der Verbindungsaufbau nicht geklappt hat wird man letztendlich doch in die Filiale gehen. Einmal sagte der Mitarbeiter im Videochat sogar man solle kurz warten dann hat er einfach aufgelegt. Ich glaube die haben einfach keine Lust zu arbeiten.
