Dzięki aplikacji POSTIDENT możesz wygodnie i łatwo zidentyfikować się za pomocą smartfona.

W zależności od tego, dla której z naszych firm partnerskich się identyfikujesz, możesz zidentyfikować się za pośrednictwem czatu wideo, za pomocą funkcji identyfikacji online swojego dowodu osobistego i elektronicznego dokumentu pobytowego lub w pełni automatycznie, tworząc obrazy swojego dokumentu tożsamości i profilu. Dzięki funkcji dowodu osobistego online lub automatycznej weryfikacji dokumentu tożsamości możesz szybko i bezpiecznie zidentyfikować się w dowolnym momencie. W przypadku wszystkich innych procedur identyfikacji dane zostaną sprawdzone przez pracowników centrum obsługi telefonicznej Deutsche Post AG. Są oni dostępni od poniedziałku do niedzieli w godzinach od 8:00 do 22:00 .
