Grootste amateurs in het verzenden van pakjes. De mense die het leveren hebben nooit geduld aan de deur en zien eruit als zwervers. Pakje geraken verloren en het enigste dat je terugkrijgt is de verzendingskosten als ze goed gezind zijn die dag. Maar de inhoud moet je maar vergeten want verder doen ze niets. Gewoonweg dieven van de 1ste klasse. Ik raad niemand aan deze verzendbedrijf te kiezen. Je bent beter af met DPD of t&t maar deze charlatans zijn niet te vertrouwen.

Je dois normalement recevoir un colis entre 13h30 et 16h30 jusque là ok mais après 16h30 toujours pas de colis et l’ont me fait attendre jusque 22h car le livreur peut passer également jusque 22h.
Le lendemain toujours pas de colis mais sur l’application il est indiqué que celui ci est livré.
Je contacte le service de livraison ET la c’est incroyable la personne remet en doute le fonctionnement de la sonnette et après me dit que mon colis est toujours dans la camionnette et qu’il faut attendre 2jours ouvrés pour prétendre les contacter en cas de non réception. Je souhaite tout de même mettre une plainte pour le statut « Livré » mais là également il faut que je patiente 2jours ouvrés pour poser la plainte.

Voor België kan ik wel account aanmaken enzo en pakje opvolgen maar ik kan geen bezorgvoorkeuren ingeven. Standaard worden ze geleverd bij een PostNL punt maar dat zijn zo onvriendelijke mensen om op te halen. Kunnen we geen veilige plaats thuis aanduiden? Of bij de buren.

Terwijl gans België vol rijdt met Postnl busjes, is het blijkbaar niet mogelijk om een account aan te maken met een Belgisch adres, wat nochtans zéér handig zou zijn om leveringsvoorkeuren op te geven en pakjes te volgen. Bijgevolg: app onbruikbaar!?
