Det er tit min kone, som kommer først forbi vores lokale pakkeshop, og så ville det være rart hvis dele-funktionen i postnord app’en virkede. Det gør den ofte ikke. Der sker simpelthen ingenting når jeg efter at have trykket på “show digital slip” klikker påe dele-ikonet. Øv.

Det næste er ar man klikker på support, hvor man kan starte en “chat”. Men det er jo ikke en chat, det er bare et menu-system og der er ingen mulighed for st få hjælp eller rapportere problemer med dele-funktionen. Dobbeltøv.
