I absolutely love this mail service! I’ve had it since I started doing travel nursing in 2020. No more missed mail and my packages are secured. I’ve never had a problem with this app. Definitely a God send solution.

I was shocked when noticed that their billing system can charge you several times in a row. You need to control every transaction, because some days it can double charge for no reason. Terrible support, they're answering once per week and don't want to help you with a problem. Terrible scammers

I live overseas for half the year. I depend on PostScan Mail to receive my mail when I’m away. They send me photos of anything that comes in, and through the app, I can instruct them to the mail and email it to me, shred, recycle, or hold the mail for me to pick up when I return. Reliable and works great. Highly recommended!
Good app
Why does it say accruing storage on items I already picked up?
I’ve been using their services for more than a year now and everything is great! I get notified whenever I have a new mail. Great customer service. I highly recommend them when you’re overseas!
The app is clunky throughout and could really benefit from a lot of simplification by someone in UX who understands how to build a workflow. However my specific issue is that when I look at the tracking information for my past shipment, all of the updates show the same current date and time rather than when the update actually occurred. For instance if I check it at 7:40, every update in the tracking history shows it happened at 7:40 on the current day. It seems like a bug since this information should be pulled directly from the carrier. Please fix.
As a digital nomad and expat I’ve been super happy with PostScan Mail. Reasonably priced, a great onboarding process, and excellent customer service if you run into any hiccups. Highly recommended.
