New update was made my people who never used the app. Very clumsy. Old app was better at quickly displaying info —— Update: developer responded that they fixed the app. App Store shows app hasn’t been updated since initial release that broke everything.
Update: 3/30/25. Instead of listing current tier points, as the previous app did, the new app lists only how many points you have to go to the next level. That next tier level is confusing to ID because it does not show an accurate listing of your current tier to begin with.
I’ve added and removed this new updated app multiple times - it does not show level, points, rewards. On 2nd attempt, it actually showed an incorrect last name (right first name and reward number were accurate). The app prior to this worked great, this one needs to get fixed!
The new app don’t tell you your point status , reward play, not even the bingo calendar this app only made me drive to Illinois to play at wind creek Chicago south land and they gave me $100 to play and actually won off their free play so potowatomi please step your game up.
Almost embarrassing to be a casino and have such a terrible app. Constantly logging me off, no updates, nothing new showing rewards play.
New update does not provide current status, points,or any reward play. Classic case of if is not broke don’t try to fix it besides as much money as they make they should have a person that knows what they’re doing if this is there specific job
Doesn’t show offers or points I don’t like it at all
The app updated just 2 days ago and it has my correct ID number, but it doesn’t even have my correct name or even correct status. I have log out and then log back in for it to be correct. They clearly need to make sure updates operate properly and fix the bugs before putting something out to the customer.
The app is terrible! It doesn’t show all of the offers or promotions to reflect the mailers or what’s actually happening in the casino. Sometimes you can’t sign in at all to even see your offers. My promotions would be blank on the app but my host will send me mailers for various promotions; THE APP IS NEVER UPDATED, LITERALLY A WASTE OF TIME!!!
I downloaded the app and when I click open it opens for like 2 seconds and then closes. I’ve u installed and reinstalled and same thing can someone please tell me what’s going on?
