Everytime I have log on it makes me redownload the app to work again and again. If power NI cared about their customers they would sort this out. Milking profits. W⚓️s -- It’s all a sham, 2025-01-22 ### *---- "Old voucher" Can’t retrieve my previous voucher code! Absolute nightmare!! -- _wee_sansa_, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "Useless" App needs more updates more often. I can sign in but it won’t let me top up. Waste of time even trying -- susan1171, 2024-10-11 ### *---- "Dreadful" It was fine and then…. It was updated and now it’s an absolute joke. Kicks me off and denies I exist, wants me to verify my payment on the App whilst I’m on the App telling me I can open the App so I have to have the payment verified through text message. Absolute shambles. Clearly couldn’t care less either as the ratings are so low. Moving elsewhere. -- Breatheasier, 2024-09-28 ### *---- "Doesn’t work at all" App doesn’t work at all on iPhone. Every time I enter my card details it just removes them and makes me do it again. -- HD42466, 2024-09-02 ### *---- "Dreadful" Dreadfully frustrating app. Keeps freezing and I have to restart my phone to get it going. -- Fred the thread, 2024-08-01 ### *---- "Useless outdated app" Designed probably 30 years ago hopelessly outdated . Even basic functions are cumbersome if they work at all , payments occasionally work . often payments are unsuccessful. Avoid app and avoid power ni very poor customer service standards. -- Ulsterfly, 2024-07-24 ### *---- "Worse app EVER" I have changed the password and saved on the keychain and by using the browser it works well.. however, when it comes to the app, never seen worse. I have tried multiple times to download, install and then when I try to login, it doesn’t recognize the details and says “wrong password “ 🤔 I have done this multiple times in the last 6 months thinking that it would be easier to have an app for each of the bills. Well, not this app as it doesn’t work!!! -- Hexeleine, 2024-05-29 ### *---- "Awful" Have never been able to connect to the meter to top up via bluetooth. Not once. Does not store log in details. -- Bean1246&, 2024-05-05 [View all Power NI reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Power NI Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/power-ni-energy-online-ElBi/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/power-ni-energy-online-ElBi/ireland) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
