Unfortunately only works on one device at a time, you can not continue,roam,or migrate your progress from one device to the next (for example starting it on your phone but continuing the evening exercises on your iPad) also upon beginning week 2, the evening exercises increase significantly in. Length, and there is no way to pause them, if something interrupts you- it's right back to the beginning.
