## PowerFolder Description
With PowerFolder you can access, edit, and share your data and documents from anywhere - even together with other users, who are easily and securely invited into folders you have shared. The data is automatically encrypted for transport and stored and synchronized to German servers in the cloud in accordance with the European Data Protection Directive, so that it is always up to date and available everywhere.

### *---- "Peinliche App die schlecht bis kaum funktioniert"
Ich wundere mich darüber, dass das Unternehmen eine solche App überhaupt rausbringt. Meiner Meinung nach funktioniert sie einfach furchtbar. Ich gehöre zu den Pechvögeln dessen Unternehmen sich dazu entschieden hat das zu nutzen und muss mit dieser App arbeiten.

1.  App ist nicht optimiert neueste Versionen von iOS.
2.  Die Skalierung am Bildschirm ist problematisch.
3.  Das Hochladen von Fotos funktioniert schlecht, es ruckelt, ich kann immer nur ein Foto hochladen.

Eine bessere Alternative ist da Nextcloud.

Nach dem Entsperren werden die Foldernamen angezeigt, aber keine Daten in den Foldern.
Keine Updates machen die App auch nicht besser.
Schade … Next Cloud wird es richten.

Die App (v17.4.100 (2) / iOS 16 und 17) ist nach wie vor nicht benutzbar

- Weiterhin fehlerhafte Integration in die Dateien-App, Übergabe z.B. von .docx-Dateien nach Word oder Pages funktioniert nicht, entweder sind die Dateien ausgegraut, oder Word/Pages bringen eine Fehlermeldung und können die Dateien nicht öffnen
- Ordner werden in der App doppelt angezeigt
- Synchronisation stürzt kurz nach der Anmeldung komplett ab und funktioniert erst nach Ab- und wieder Anmeldung für kurze Zeit wieder bis zum nächsten Absturz

So many bugs!!! 
Ein Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel. Unfassbar dass uns unsere Administration diesen Müll aufzwingt.

1. Integration in iOS und iPadOS fehlerhaft („Dateien“ App von Apple)
2. Ständige Abstürze der App
3. „Kommunikation mit der Hilfs-App nicht möglich“
4. Läd und startet unaufgefordert Dateien beim öffnen des Ordners
5. Öffnet stets die erste Datei im Ordner statt der ausgewählten
6. Keine Weiterleitung an andere VideoPlayer-Apps möglich

Die App ist von ihren Schnittstellen super und auch vom Aufbau gut. Leider werden oft Dateien nicht geladen oder nicht angezeigt. Oft ist auch die Synchronisation sehr träge

Ich kann mich mit meinem IPad konstant nicht in der App anmelden, obwohl sowohl der Server als auch meine Daten korrekt eingegeben wurden. Im Vergleich ging es auf meinem IPhone einwandfrei. Was ist da los?! Wenn ich könnte würde ich dafür keinen einzigen Stern vergeben. Auf diese Art bringt mit die App absolut gar nichts. Vielen Dank für eine Stunde Frust PowerFolder.

Anmeldung beim Server klappt (und dies bekanntermaßen) seit Monaten nicht. Anfragen beim Support werden nicht beantwortet. Im App Store wird Version 14.7 angezeigt, nach wiederholtem Löschen und erneutem Herunterladen der App wird dennoch nur die Version 14.6.2 geladen. Hier ist jeder Stern zu viel.

### **--- "Unreliable sync and slow."
In General it does what it is supposed to. However there seem to be severe problems with server connections. The service is slow, sometimes even unresponsive. Despite an excellent and fast connection the download sometimes does not start or take forever. Updates of online folders are delayed, etc. These problems do not exist from the laptop in the same network (Linux). I can not recommend this app.

Habe die Version 14.6.2 und kann im AppStore nicht auf 14.7 aktualisieren. Hier gibt es nur die “öffnen” Option. 

Würde mich nämlich gerne abmelden können, ohne jedesmal neu den Server-Namen eingeben zu müssen. Gerne auch per Touch-ID. 

Ansonsten eine gute App.

Leider besteht nun seit mehr als 2 Monaten ein Bug der den Login unmöglich macht. Angeblich wird unter Hochdruck an einer Lösung gearbeitet... aber das nach der Zeit noch nichts passiert ist spricht nicht für Kundenfreundlichkeit.

In 9 von 10 Fällen stürzt die App ab, wenn ich synchronisiere.
Links per App zu teilen klappt etwa in der Hälfte der Fälle ohne Absturz.  
Dokumente können nicht extern geöffnet werden. 

Alles in Allem ist die App aktuell völlig veraltet und kaum nutzbar. Schade, dabei wäre sie wirklich nützlich. :/

Die App ist sicherlich nicht schlecht als Basis, aber definitiv ausbaufähig. So zum Beispiel die Settings. Ein Button um ein neues Passwort zu generieren wäre toll. Ich kann mich ja obwohl korrekter Daten nicht ein mal einloggen...

1.  App ist nicht optimiert für iOS 9, iOS 10 oder iOS 11.
2.  Die Skalierung scheint für das iPhone 4S gemacht worden sein.
3.  Das Hochladen von Fotos funktioniert schlecht, es ruckelt, ich kann immer nur ein Foto hochladen.

Eine bessere Alternative ist da Nextcloud.
