I have been enjoying using this app to dictate into Epic. One day, it popped up an error saying the phone is “jailbroken” (it’s not!) and the app stopped working. Uninstall/Reinstall did nothing. There seems to be no access to customer service and my hospital can’t help since it’s an app issue. Back to endless typing for now.

Impossible to configure with the correct URL and user name.
External microphone connected to the lightning port on iphone does not work with this app. Hopefully the future updates will change that.
Worked great before but now will not pair with computer since recent update rendering this app useless!!
This is very update, Ruined the colors of the mic. No we cannot see if the mic is on or off.
Since the update, I’ve had nothing but problems attempting to pair this mobile app with my computer! This causes a lot of delays in my day and frustration.
It seems pretty bush-league that I can get a new telephone and transfer the data from my old phone and tell it to call my mom and it will do it. Tell it to log onto Facebook, works like a charm. Tell it to link my PowerMic Mobile app to the same computer I’ve been using for years? Oh no. You have to call the helpdesk. You have to reinstall. You have to spend 30 minutes dealing with this. Every provider that gets a new device has to do that. Why?
10/2023 update has significantly improved start up time and transcription seems faster and more accurate. There have been a lot of issues with sign-on / connection this first week, but when it is working this has been a significant upgrade. Would like to have ability to have connections not time out quite so fast, or adjust time before microphone goes to sleep
Please revert back to previous software. Need to complete patient notes.
