The only problem with it, is getting into deep sleep. One must avoid deep sleep not just for time constraint but it slows down brain activities after waking up.
This app is designed for your power nap without you getting into deep sleep. You can quickly set 1 min -30 min timer and take a nap. App will wake you up with pleasant alarm. Not only that, with deep sleep detection mode, you need to place a finger on app and app realise when you get into deep sleep as your finger pressure gets reduced and awaken you with the alarm.
Get the voice countdown and 5 min reminder in advanced settings.
