Just opened it and encountered issues, have to close it and open it over and over just for it to react to tap and scroll. They blocked the the old app and also the website on pc which is what I mainly use, with f-all notice. If you are going to roll out a new app it should be good to go not a WIP. Absolutely not intuitive, there is no way to find out how much power you have used and how much money/power you have left (confusing the customer is never a smart business move), and just a terrible user experience overall. Whoever decided this was a good idea should rethink their decisions. Slapping on some new fonts and rebranding is not going to cut it. To view rates, you have to go to the website, find which grid you’re connected to and then download a pdf - huge pain. You cannot see the price per kwh now either. Ah, I see others are noting that an AI did the design, that makes sense. What bugs were you fixing? I never encountered one. You can no longer see how far ahead you are paid up, accessing the graphs are behind a list of ONE option to select from the usage menu, history has not migrated over to track usage habits/trends, and worst of all, the Powerslop website is the exact same app, so this slop is unavoidable.
