I’ve used the app for 10 years and it’s worked flawlessly. Powershop are by far the cheapest power option in NZ if you buy the specials as they appear. You snooze, you lose, the people that complain the specials are gone too quickly clearly don’t understand the system! I love the fact I have complete control over my power, I get to see exactly what I use each day and when, and I get to buy power when I want to.
