## POYNT Reviews in Ghana

### *---- "OTP Verification isn’t working"
After several tries of requesting the OTP for signing up, I’m still stuck with the OTP stage.
Kindly check this out
-- Huppiem, 2024-04-01

### ***-- "OTP Verification Failure"
I’ve forgotten my login details and I can’t seem to log in. The app keeps saying they’ve sent me an OTP verification code yet I never receive any code.
-- Miss Belle A, 2024-01-19

### **--- "Personal review and seeking for help"
First of, great job and I like your app.
Secondly, I’m not so happy with the app. After installing and using it for bout 20-30mins the app started to crash. Taught cos my cell was hot but nah, it keeps crashing even when its cool. Read that the compatibility on iPhone should be iOS 13 and above so, I don’t know why this keeps happening.
-- YINE GANIBA🧠✝️, 2023-11-27

### ****- "Great but could be greater"
So i think this is a great app but there could be a filter option to help reduce the stress of scrolling through various items you might not be interested in. Good job though 👍🏾
-- e_ack, 2023-11-24

### *---- "Am still waiting for my package 3days now"
Very poor
-- Comfort pappoe, 2023-11-03

### ***** "Shop profile photo"
I can’t change my shop profile photo
-- Nothershkic, 2023-09-28

### *---- "I need help"
After the OTP verification I can’t proceed to stage 2
-- Abby Orders, 2023-09-21

### ***** "Seller"
Am trying to be a seller after am done with the number nd network nd they send the pin nd even after enter the code they send then it goes back to number nd network again done it several time still
-- ufc hun fav vn h h, 2023-09-21

### **--- "Lacking a search tool"
I feel like customers should be able to narrow down what they want , by being able to search for specific items without scrolling through every fashion item enlisted. Also why can’t we click on sellers profiles to look for more things they have for sale.
-- MPD7, 2023-09-18

### **--- "Slow and heavy"
takes so much time to load
-- Nathan Tieku, 2023-09-09
