## Pozitive Energy Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "App"
Totally useless when you have both gas and electricity with pozitive energy
-- hvvhgfthbbuu, 2025-10-15

### *---- "Useless"
App is not fit for purpose! I submit meter reading after a struggle for the readings to just disappear! I can’t access bills and then when I think I’ve paid a bill Im
Informed I haven’t by email from a private email address which I don’t open so then get changed £50 for none payment.
Totally awful
-- Honestly and true, 2025-06-30

### ****- "Hı"
Hello, when I enter my online account, it only says the amount to be paid. Why don't you add our detailed invoice? Thankyou
-- Rose cafee, 2025-05-06

### *---- "Electric bills"
Terrible app to use zero star would be better
-- 120 anonymous, 2025-01-23

### *---- "Chaotic"
The app is as bad as the customer service totally and absolutely rubbish these people should not be allowed to trade in the UK
-- el dude rossco, 2024-07-26

### *---- "One star is too high"
Like everything else regarding Pozitive the app is useless.
-- Jmf1952, 2024-07-25

### *---- "A five year old could do better"
Very poor user experience. Limiting input and receiving info. If you bypass the app and email PE, they refer you back to the app, which doesn’t work.
-- Unimpressed cystimer v999999, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Access"
Cant access app or website outside of UK.

No easy access to ongoing “raised queries”.

Therefore making communication almost impossible esp since the company (Pozitive) have moved away from email communication
-- CarleyBieber, 2024-02-26

### *---- "Just a s….."
Can’t open and see your bills
-- Willow cafr, 2024-01-04

### *---- "Wssc"
Very poor and clunky site, 🥺
You need to invest in some upto date tech i think.
