## PR Rakyat Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "Worst apps ever"
I bought books thru online and even my account has debitted,it’s not reflect in the apps. No contact number for any problem thru apps. Please work on the online service if you want people to use it.not convenience at all!
-- Fyn_finiey88, 2025-02-11

### *---- "Payment Status Error"
I renew my membership, payment already approved by the bank, but when to go back to PR app page, it hanged for quite a time... I just close the app and start over. The membership status still not updated and the transaction not recorded in the app. But in my bank statement already recorded the transaction...
Updates: The membership status just been updated.. so slow..
-- NMS213, 2025-02-09

### *---- "Not functioning - lousy apps"
Issue with reset password.. already reset but still could not use due to identification card being used
-- naz adidas lover, 2025-02-03

### *---- "Menyusahkan!!!!"
Tak payah nak canggih sangat kalau lagi menyusahkan
-- Anak sedara DG Health, 2024-04-01

### *---- "Unstable app"
This app keep requesting login when I was their shop , and making the payment queue so long to wait for me to reinstall the app and login again. Also this app requires background processing for whatever reason. We paid for membership and the app is planning to push us promo?
-- NAN YO B, 2024-03-27

### *---- "Poor app and waste of space"
A lot of books not available. There are more options at the book store. Search function is not extensive too, you have to be very specific. The problem is, you have to download the app to use the membership card but this app is a waste of space. You just use it for the membership. They might as well just create an ecard that can be stored in the phone.
-- Mei_Lling, 2024-03-13

### *---- "Membership Discount"
Please check again 10% membership discount. My total purchased amount is RM334.90 but only got discount RM10.05. If 10% discount should deducted RM33.49 😮‍💨
-- hensemnyee, 2024-02-27

### *---- "Not user friendly"
Not user friendly and we cant remove the list that we created from the checkout.
-- marianaioq, 2023-03-09

### *---- "Not good"
Please do an update if nak buat penjualan atas talian. Very bad. Takboleh nak delete items pun. Terpaksa delete apps balik, sign up balik. And berhati2 nk add items spy xpayah delete apps lg.
-- mommyabg, 2023-03-09
