The PR9 Smart Care app will provide you with helpful tools to manage your health on-the-go. The app allows you to have access to your medical records and easily make an appointment with our top-ranked doctors and experts.
If you're already a Praram 9 Hospital patient, the app puts all of your medical information in your pocket; track your upcoming appointment itinerary, past visit history, or make new appointments.
This is just the beginning and more features to come to give you a holistic experience at Praram 9 Hospital.

- Pre-verification of the client’s status for privacy and security.
- Set up profile and profile picture.
- Set up passcode for security.
- Make real-time appointment.
- Show real-time available doctors and time slots.
- Add pre-visit note.
- Add insurance provider and policy number.
- Track upcoming appointment itinerary.
- Cancel upcoming appointment.
- Track past visit history by time period or selected clinics.
- Show address and navigation to hospital via Google Map.
- Support Thai and English language.
- Support log in with FaceID and/or TouchID.

Typical Thai stile
Only if you have a Thai ID you can use the app. What a shame for your hospital. I tried the ID from my wife, it’s also not working. Your App is crap. I think the hospital could afford proper App developer. Very poor performance.
Only for thai ID holders
If it said so in the AppStore description, you could have saved me a download.
