It would function better to focus on actions needed for mobile devices rather than robustness. Unfortunately many features of app do not function properly: 1) Documents are inaccessible through app. This was mentioned in other reviews and makes it nearly impossible to function as needed. 2) document uploading crashes. The app allows three options: from Files app, take a photo, and from photo library. Unfortunately the app crashes every time except when uploaded from the photo library. 3) Text messaging. This feature does not function. Selecting the text message has no response from the app, nothing happens. 4) No updates. No bug fixes or new versions in years does not keep up with changes in PP software. ***Please consider comments in reviews and provide updates and bug fixes for attorneys relying on your service to manage their cases.*** -- John Boozer, 2025-03-28 ### ***-- "The App consistently has problems" What I notice most is that the App will not function the same as when I am on a desktop. Namely, it simply will not access parts of the platform and refuses completely to access documents saved in OneDrive.
