Has become useless. I couldn’t get a doctor in the middle of the night when it is supposed to be round the clock. Tried 4 different doctors and paid each time. None were available. Used to be a good system with quick access to medical advice before you actually visit a doctor. Cannot book in clinic visits also, wasn’t confirmed for Max hospital.

Worst experience with Tata Mg 
Ordered medicine on 22 November for Uttarakhand.
Tracking shows it reach there on 23 rd November then next day return back to Haryana, then Punjab , then Jammu and Kashmir , then Gujrat then again Punjab BUT SO FAR NOT DELIVERED TO ME IN UTTARAKHAND. 
Such a grave negligence 
Delivery is still pending!

I booked an instant VC on practo and paid. Practo assigned a doctor who was not ready to come on cam and finished the call in hurry in less than 1 min. So, I checked the doctor profile in Practo. To my surprise the doctor is not even listed in Practo. On raising concern they initiated a refund. So, please be cautious while using this app. You may get in to some scam.
