They are a fraud website, they make up patients and charge platform fees. No way to raise grievances and get your money back except through consumer forum.

Horrible service and pathetic people concerned with the company…they only loot people by asking people to subscribe…from past 3years my money is stucked in practo…hardly got any calls from patients via practo except some fake calls and they have the audacity of calling and asking for new stuffs in practo reach and all which is launched by the company…am from Kolkata…here you won’t find a any person from the company…and another thing i want to add…if they can’t give you patients…they will start giving you fake calls…so that they can cut rs200 or 250 from your prime account …praying all doctors not to fall in this…this people doesn’t have credentials or social network outreach…date-10/05/2024 still my money is stuck in this application…as this company is shameless…please all doctors dont fell into by subscribing

There is no support from Practo If you are stuck with app issues and you are in emergency you have no options They don’t care about their doctors They don’t reply by emails They don’t receive calls Waste of money Please don’t subscribe to Practo There are other apps available App is also too complicated to use
Horrible. Scammers
They take your money and give false promises. Once you have paid your money, they don’t solve your issues. The representatives ignore your calls and messages and you are left out of your money. And yes, ZERO results.
