To use the Preferred Bank app, you must be enrolled as a Preferred Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Love the bank!  But it takes me 5-7 attempts to deposit a check because I am repeatedly getting a message that the app cannot read / find the endorsement on the back of my check (despite it being typed in 14 bold font). It’s so frustrating!

The most frustrating mobile app I’ve ever used. Tried signing in to receive a Zelle payment, app sends a confirmation code to my cell phone, except there is a 15 minute delay between when the code is sent and when I actually receive the code. Pressed send so many times because I couldn’t figure out what the issue was, ended up receiving 20 codes. Now I’m trying to send a zelle payment through the mobile app and I keep getting an error message. Beyond frustrating.
