## PreFlight Airport Parking Reviews in United States

### **--- "Does Not Show Reservations"
I purchased parking for an upcoming trip. The app will not pull up my reservation. It just shows a blank page. I have signed out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app itself, and still nothing. I reviewed my credit card and the website to verify everything went through. The website was fine; however, the App needs work.

### *---- "Getting a shuttle from airport takes a REALLY long time"
They’re parking facilities are nice. But I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long for a shuttle that picks you up at the airport to take you to the parking facility. After a long day of travel, waiting 25 minutes or more for a shuttle seems excessive. Maybe they only have one or two buses… But I’d recommend they get more. Use The Parking Spot instead… I’ve seen eight of their shuttles while waiting for one of Pre Flights to come by.

### *---- "New app is awful"
Can’t see reservations made online in the app. All contact emails are put in incorrectly making the contact us/help button ineffective. Love this service but the new app is awful.
-- paigii11, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Parking is good. App is terrible"
I can’t get any of my old reservations removed from my wallet. Everytime I pass the airport, the old reservations pop up in my phone.
-- Tll1975, 2024-09-15

### *---- "App is a disaster"
Reservations do not show in the app.
-- Speedfilm, 2024-08-13

### *---- "App doesn’t function properly"
App lets you make the reservation but then you never get the reservation to show in the app. Also no confirmation email is returned when you make the reservation in the app. I’ve even called preflight and they didn’t have much for answers
-- Viper897, 2024-07-10

### **--- "Not worth it"
The app doesn’t offer anything that can’t be done in the mobile browser. It is also quite buggy - the app says I have rewards points, but asks me to make an account to access them. Also, the reservations take a second to load after they are made in the app. I’ll just stick to making the reservation on the website and adding the pass to my apple wallet.

### *---- "Can’t view BARCODE or make reservations"
Can’t view BARCODE or make reservations on three devices and their IT still blames me. They gave up and told me to print out the bar code. THANKS FOR THE HELP!
-- asingic, 2024-06-22

### *---- "Terrible App"
Parking experience has good reviews but what’s up with this app?? Booked a reservation a while ago then downloaded the app. It is NOT intuitive how to sign in to the app. Login button is buried. Login page doesn’t register the enter key or have a submit button. I have the most recent update. Won’t let me log in and doesn’t show my reservation. So basically this app is useless. Guess I’ll have to find the email with my reservation in it when we arrive.

### ****- "Great Service but the app is glitchy"
Awesome service for parking and shuttle. Drivers are kinda and always help with bags. The app is a little slow and often times the reservation screen is blank after you reserve spot. Have to wait a few minutes for the email to come in for your entry bar code.
