## Pregnancy Yoga with Tara Lee Description
Tara Lee has devised this app containing a programme of yoga specifically tailored for pregnancy. It is suitable for all stages of pregnancy after 14 weeks and all levels (including beginners).

You will be guided through breathing exercises, yoga routines and relaxations helping you to feel healthy and strong during your pregnancy and prepare you for the birth of your baby.

There is an extensive menu so that you can tailor your yoga according to your needs and how much time and energy you have.

The app is divided into:
Move -if you are feeling strong and want to move your body (you can then select which body part to focus on or you can do a short 20 minute dynamic practice and finish with a guided relaxation)
Relax- if you are feeling tired, you are in your last trimester of pregnancy or it is evening time. 
Prepare - if you want to focus on exercises to prepare for your birth (you can select breathing and positions for birth or partner work for massage)
Postnatal There is a short sequence of postnatal yoga to help you after you have had your baby including pelvic floor exercises.

I used these classes during pregnancy and now postpartum. It was great every step of the way; you can focus on the areas that are aching making a customized workout. 

The postpartum videos are worth it alone. Tara knows what she’s doing. It’s very low hype like some of these other workouts for new moms and you can do it from home. I worked out a lot pre pregnancy and I get a deep stretch and all the happy workout “feels” from these videos. Thank you! 

Unlike the other review, I had no issues with purchasing and only had to purchase once. Easy!

Purchased this app my first pregnancy, I went to use it the other day now that I’m in the second trimester of my second pregnancy and it wanted me to repurchase all the videos. 😠During my first pregnancy I recall using it often towards the end. Simple exercises to keep you moving when it’s hard to.

I love this app - I am able to listen to the meditation every afternoon and relax and find some peace as I prepare for the birth of my baby.  I am especially appreciating the Gentle Yoga sequence and love that a woman who has had children (and is an amazing yoga teacher) is basically giving me private yoga classes.  Glad I bought this!
