I’ve been using the prehab app off and on for almost a year and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in my health pretty much ever. When I use it consistently, my nagging aches and pains start disappearing very quickly. The quality of the videos and instructions and programs cannot be beat.  It’s so much better and cheaper than physical therapy.

### ***** "Mobility options I’ve never seen before"
I’m fairly advanced in the mobility department, but some issues and injuries have given me specific weaknesses (bad knee, lower back pain, etc). The levels of progression this app offers are really helpful. There are many exercises included that I’ve never seen before and that are able to push my mobility in the areas where I’m more flexible than average and standard mobility movements felt unhelpful.

I’ve been using Prehab for the past few weeks and the content of this app is excellent.

The features of the app are done pretty well but there are still improvements that would make this best in class. My main hang up is the amount of manual control still required during the workout, as I prefer to look at my phone as little as possible other than watching a video.

I had a severe knee injury that resulted in two surgeries, after a year I was discharged from skilled PT (aka my insurance wouldn't pay for it anymore), however, my knee still wasn't "normal." So happy I got this app because it allowed me to continue my PT with confidence with a program that built week over week, on top of building my knowledge of WHY I was doing certain exercises. I would recommend it to anyone!

Nothing beats this! Great physical therapy app! I’m a former physical therapy aide. Programs are appropriately progressive, time efficient, and effective. Videos and written descriptions are also well done and easy to follow. I would appreciate more customization with the programs- more alternatives/substitutes for exercises/stretches, and maybe options to adjust time length of workout. A compatible website would be nice to create custom workouts, and a tracker feature for those workouts would also be nice. This is a great start though, and I’m excited to see its improvement.
