## Premier Sports Asia Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Awful"
It was, it is and it probably always will be a below average app. The replays always spool for ages and if you’re lucky they’ll play. Otherwise they just crash you out of the game. Keep trying, restart the app, etc. So frustrating but when it’s one of very few paid subscriptions in Asia you have little choice but to keep on trying.
-- Justanot, 2024-10-05

### *---- "Complete rubbish"
Downloaded app multiple times and doesn’t work … ios16.4.1
-- PuzzleRater, 2023-04-30

### *---- "Complete rubbish"
This is probably the most crap app in the App Store. High priced subscription, for quality content no doubt, but this rubbish app just doesn’t work time and time again. You all should be embarrassed.
-- Wannawatchrugby, 2023-04-29

### *---- "Painful viewing experience"
It’s great to have an option to view world rugby on demand however the Premier Sport Asia app offers up a painful viewing experience particularly if trying to cast to other devices on the network.

Some of the issues:

- unable to rotate or resize the screen on casting
- failure to cast at all
- on demand content not available on click
- casting switching off on automatic screen lock

Best viewing experience is via my MacBook but there is often a slight lag on screen mirroring so would much rather cast from my iPhone for convenience.

These seem like basic issues to fix but it’s been two years and barely an update.

Living in hope for some positive updates.

### *---- "Absolute disgrace"
Premier Sports Asia should not be allowed to represent any rugby code, league or union. It is an absolute disgrace. It never works. They have no customer service. The rugby bodies claiming to grow the game should be ashamed.

### *---- "App is hopeless"
Considering the service with rugby pass, this app is shockingly bad. Massive step backwards.
-- johnfatz, 2023-02-04

### *---- "Dreadful dreadful dreadful"
The worst app I have ever used to try watch sport - indeed this probably the worst app of all time. The developers should ashamed of themselves. Yet they don’t care, safe in the knowledge that they have a monopoly for those who just want to watch rugby in Asia. Shame on them.
-- UTTERLY-USELESS, 2023-02-01

### *---- "Cannot view or connect"
Two weekends running having issues in connecting. Click on channel 1 and all it does is revert to the schedule. Even after restarting phone it still doesn’t work
-- Tmjsru, 2022-07-16

### *---- "Wish I could rate it lower"
Avoid this app at all costs, subscription is impossible to come out of. App falls over constantly, bad UI and no IT support or forums worth looking at. There are problems with the menus and logging in. Keeps asking me to subscribe when I already have, sent an email to them, no response, asked for a refund, no response. Waste of 25 dollars, it just doesn’t work
-- McVities12345, 2021-11-06

### *---- "Worst App Ever"
The sole purpose of this app is to display rugby matches, however falls miserably short of being able to do that. Whether live or on demand, the app is riddled with bugs that either won’t display the match or crashes the whole app. Don’t bother contacting customer services, they are as useful as a chocolate teapot!!
