Firstly, I was unable to pay my installment through either the InstaPay app or the Fawry app. When I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, I found their IVR system to be the most confusing and unhelpful system I have ever experienced. There were no clear options to speak with a customer service representative. Furthermore, a collection representative contacted me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. Despite explaining that I was unable to make payments through the applications and providing screenshots of the errors, he was impolite and unhelpful. After weeks of persistent attempts to reach customer service, I finally managed to get through to a representative. However, I was informed that I had contacted the wrong department to address my issue. When I tried to reach the correct department as instructed, no one answered my call. The level of service I have received from Premium Card has been extremely disappointing, with a lack of assistance, unprofessional behavior, and a frustratingly ineffective customer service system.
