They are unable to have one person speaking English in their entire support via the hotline and they simply hang up on customers who can’t speak German ! Very well done! Am Telefon hat mir ein Mitarbeiter ein gutes Angebot gemacht, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Dann hat er meinen Namen in der Rechnungsadresse falsch geschrieben. Trotz mehrmaliger Hinweise meinerseits darauf, dass es sich um einen Fehler handelt und das entsprechende Konto nicht existiert, sagte er, dass die Änderung nicht möglich sei. Was sehr seltsam ist, da die Rechnungen bisher immer korrekt auf meinen Namen ausgestellt wurden und abgebucht wurden. Zum Schluss hat der Mitarbeiter einfach aufgelegt und das Angebot zurückgezogen.
