## PremiumTrust Mobile Reviews in Nigeria

### *---- "App now working"
You guys need to do better with your app. Very frustrating especially when transferring money and takes time to update current transaction. The app is bad for business.
-- Giffty26, 2024-11-30

### *---- "Kindly work on your mobile app"
Jesus Christ the mobile app is too slow it’s takes forever to load and to transfer money from the mobile app to another bank is another problem
You guys need to do better or i will block my account with you guys
-- Big baby12456, 2024-09-03

### *---- "Confusing and not user friendly"
Honestly, I don’t think the most recent update is necessary cos it’s just confusing. I can’t view my previous transactions or my balance on the dashboard. It completely logs me out after every session and I have to input all details all over again. I used to login with my faceid before but it doesn’t even show my username when I want to sign in. Also, asking me for OTP everytime I want to make a transfer is COMPLETELY INSANE! Whose idea was it in the first place? Who pays for the ridiculous SMS messages?
-- styltm, 2024-09-02

### *---- "Worst ever"
Your new app is total rubbish for OPT to drop on phone take six hours and I never experience this kind of worst service before.,
-- Dollarcount, 2024-06-20

Your search for others bank is not even going through and it return to where you enter the amount you want to send to other bank after you have enter it before someone enter his password.
