Prepare for surgery with a structured clinical reference at your side. PreOp brings preoperative assessment, risk calculators, perioperative medication references and handoff tools into one app for anesthesiologists, surgeons, internists, hospitalists and residents.

ASSESS AND ORGANIZE
Review cardiac, airway, metabolic and medication considerations in a readiness dashboard. Organize issues to discuss with your team, explore optimization pathways and review investigation suggestions with supporting rationale. Readiness flags support assessment; they are not clearance for surgery.

EXPLORE CLINICAL CALCULATORS
Access tools including RCRI, STOP-BANG, Caprini VTE, ARISCAT and Apfel, alongside BMI, eGFR and anion gap. Review the context and limitations of each result rather than relying on a score alone.

REVIEW MEDICATIONS AND NEURAXIAL TIMING
Find perioperative medication references covering anticoagulants, antiplatelets, diabetes treatments and other drug groups. Review neuraxial timing considerations with cited guidance, including ASRA 2025. Suggested intervals do not guarantee safety: confirm dose, renal function, patient factors and local protocols.

PLAN POSTOPERATIVE CARE
Build a structured plan covering medication restart considerations, VTE prevention, monitoring, glucose management, OSA, delirium and pain or nausea management. Review and adapt every output before clinical use.
