it has been eight months now and I still cannot get into Paychekplus from my tower computer. I had to download the app create new everything and now only on my phone which I hate do banking on my phone. Am I able to transfer money unless I go to the bank and withdraw it to put into my checking account, and I cannot change how I get paid from the app so I am stuck.

Probably the dumbest app I’ve ever used, for my employment all my checks go onto this card. I have tried transferring money to my personal bank account but has not been letting me transfer it to the account the card I also got from the employer doesn’t have a chip it’s a swip so taking money off at an atm doesn’t work either

Got notified that there was fraudulent activity on my card, so I called to get it cancelled and get a new card issued. The first rep I talked to was very helpful and got a new, personalized card mailed to me, and told me that in the meantime I could get a new instant-issue card from my employer to access the funds that I am owed. Got a new instant-issue card from my employer, called to get it activated, and was told by the SECOND rep I talked to that to do so they’d have to cancel the new personalized card I’d ordered a few days back. But they’d send me ANOTHER personalized card, instead. Or I could just wait until the first personalized card arrived and activate then. I can’t afford to have my money held hostage, so I said whatever, fine, let’s just activate this instant-issue so that I can actually use my money. The rep helped me activate it, then said she was sending me to an automated system that would help me set my pin. But the automated system I got sent to just asked for my card info and sent me to yet ANOTHER rep (on the 3rd, now) who then told me the only way to set my pin was through the automated system or the website. But, since I was already on the line, she’d connect me to the automated service. And then she just… hung up on me. So I turned to the website, but it didn’t have an option to set a pin, so I had to download this app. Finally I have access to my money, which is cool. But it’s frustrating knowing I will have to go through this whole process again after my second personalized card arrives in the mail (because apparently when the first finally arrives, I have to destroy and dispose of it). Waste of time, waste of resources, and terrible for the planet as now I’ll have had FOUR pieces of plastic issued to me and one of them will be completely unusable from the get-go.

Great app, easy to use, fast working, and if you have any issues there’s customer service available that will help you!! 

When I worked for Olive Garden as a server, they used this app to upload my tips to. I don’t work there anymore. I now work at Texas Roadhouse and the app they used to upload my tips to absolutely is horrible, so slow, always gives me trouble loading and logging in. I miss this this app.

This app was okay from at the beginning but I got a small check of 250 and for some reason there was something bought in my account so I locked my account and got a new card. Before that the money I had in it I transferred to a different bank account and it said it would take up to 6 business days to transfer. On the day after the 6th I called and was like where’s my money? All they said was wait for the 9th day it’s been at least a month and I have seen nothing. I haven’t called because I already know it will be a waste of time just like the first time I called. I would not recommend this banking option because all they do is scam you. Every time I made a purchase a extra 4 dollars was taken out of my account. Why? I probably won’t get that 250 back!
