## PrepayGO Description
PrepayGO is an application that grants you access to PrepayGO's numerous charging stations via a remote control flow to charge your electrical vehicle easily.

You can create an account to utilize the stations within your apartment block, (if it is listed in the registration), or simply use any of our stations provided you have a 'Station code' associated with it.

Charging requires a minimum of 10 credit to begin. The process can be begun & stopped easily with the click of a button. Money is deducted as the charge progresses, depending on your usage, which we calculate through various means throughout the charging cycle.

Topping up your account is straightforward & secure using our payment processor Stripe.

## PrepayGO Reviews in Ireland

### *---- "Terrible App and Company"
I've used them for years on and off because I had to (live in an apartment block that uses them). The app once charged us 3000 EUR for a 12 hour charge. I contacted the "director" and he said "well we didn't charge you did we? You didn't have 3K in credit". So keep that in mind when topping up - don't top up by more than what you absolutely need. They won't respond when you have any issues so if they overcharged you good luck getting your money back.
-- Yasserlens.com, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Wish there was a 0 star"
- Top up not working
- Location not working
Conclusion both app and website are useless
-- Mohamed El-Sawi, 2024-07-13

### *---- "Nothing works"
Nothing works with this app. If someone wants to do it even worst will not be possible. Adding a payment method is not working, the map doesn’t work. Useless
-- NCagliotti, 2023-02-26

### *---- "cannot add card"
i cannot add card. it shows the visa page and then freezes there. completely useless app.
-- pennylaneparker, 2022-06-10

### *---- "Didn't work"
You can't top up
You can't find a station
You can't reset you password
Nothing works so.... if you would like to try... good look
-- Camila Kika, 2021-10-26

### **--- "Basic app with bugs"
Need to add another money range. There is 0.5 and 25 and nothing in between. Poor planning. Doesn't accepts cards mostly.
-- sujayrawat, 2021-07-23

### *---- "Doesnt work"
This app doesn't work. Its also says I have topped up 110 euro, never topped up. Balance zero. Needs to get fixed!
