## PrepayPower Description
With the PrepayPower App, managing your account and electricity usage has never been easier. 

With just a few taps, you can quickly and easily add credit to your account, as well as view your history to see the amount and date of your last 20 top-ups. 

Smart Pay and Smart Pay+ customers can access hourly, daily, and weekly usage stats.
Smart Pay customers can also check their updated balance every 24 hours, while Smart Pay+ users get balance updates every hour. 

For Smart Pay+ customers, the PrepayPower Savings feature allows you to put some money aside for a rainy day or budget for increased winter usage. 

With the PrepayPower App, taking control of your energy has never been simpler.

Great customer service, easy to pay, simple to track, having the oil sensor is more than reassuring.  The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 is the weekly rental rate (even when using the oil or not) for the sensor is €5.76 (€28.88 mo for a 5 week month / €23.04 for a 4 week month), which is robbery for those on low income.  This is why most landlords prefer prepay meters, in addition to charging 5 to 10 times the market value in rent.  Prepay Power, please lower or exempt the rental cost for low income clients!

Pull down to refresh feature is required for current balance screen. 

History did not show all credit top ups like government electricity credit. 

Real-time electricity usage screen is required. 

Hourly, Daily, monthly, yearly usage screens are required.

The app takes too long to register your balance, you’ve no idea if you’re in credit or not.
Too many times I’ve woken up to no power and emergency credit used.

The company is great I’ve been with them 4 years , I have for the past few months been having issues with the app it doesn’t update the current balance whenever I top up and when I need to restore power it sometimes doesn’t show the option in the app, one time I topped up €10 and it showed €0.00 and then I topped up later on that day another €10 and it still didn’t show anything, only the next day it showed the balance.
