Pay attention when using payment cards with this service. Preplies takes additional money from the card to fund additional lesson bookings, which they also schedule automatically. Despite what is being said at the time of payment, a refund request was not honored upon trying to step out of the system. My advice is to be cautious with this service, and to watch out for automatic payments, automatic reloads, bundled packages, automatic confirmations and other similar pitfalls.

Many things cannot be done as customer, e.g. primitive things like delete contacts, provide access for somebody else (e.g. somebody you bought the lesson for but don't want to share PW) , price changes after agreeing on lesson are frequently done etc. Good basis but lot of room to improve
